How inquiry information is collected and used.
This policy describes how the website currently collects and uses inquiry information. Final legal wording and disclosures are still being finalized and will be published here.
Information collected
Trinacle Business Solutions collects the information a visitor chooses to submit through an inquiry form, such as name, preferred contact method, email address or phone number, selected service interest, and brief qualification answers relevant to the selected service path.
Service-specific details
Merchant-services requests may include business name and approximate monthly card volume. Insurance requests may include state and whether the inquiry is for personal, family, or business-owner protection. Growth requests may include a business name or website and a main growth challenge.
The initial insurance form does not ask for Social Security numbers, medical history, or detailed financial information. The merchant-services form does not upload processing statements; secure sharing instructions are provided after a request is accepted.
Campaign attribution
The site may store non-sensitive campaign information such as UTM parameters, referral source, and landing page path so Trinacle can understand where inquiries came from. Names, email addresses, phone numbers, and form answers are not sent to analytics platforms.
How information is used
Submitted information is stored in the website backend for follow-up related to the request. It is not automatically enrolled into any marketing sequence.
Updates to this policy
This policy reflects the website's current practices. It will be updated as final legal wording, retention details, and required disclosures are completed.
